Almost two years ago, Precious composed a song titled Agua de Valencia. She was studying at Berklee Valencia in the fall of 2017, and was inspired by this incredible city’s history, culture, and most of all, people. She wrote two other spanish tunes derived from ideas that came from ideas she got while interacting with incredible people from organizations like La Once, or walking through the campus halls. There’s one english tune called In The Background which she played at Berklee’s Mental Health showcase. last year. After all of this time, hard work, collaboration, and growth, she is beyond stoked to present her new EP titled Agua de Valencia. She couldn’t have done this without everyone who played on this project, played the title track in ensembles, took time to give feedback, fell in love with the songs, and all the friends and family who have continued to support her from day one. This is her gift to Valencia and all that the city, the people, and Berklee Valencia gave her.
